App Overview

Once you've signed up for Playground as a family, download the Playground App from your device's app store and log in.

When you log in, you will land on the Feed screen. A blue banner will appear at the top of the screen that says View (Your Student's Name) Profile. Click this banner to navigate to your child's profile.

In the upper-right corner, you'll see the QR code icon and the chat icon. Tap the QR symbol to open the app's camera to scan your center's QR code for check-in and out.

To the right of the QR code symbol is the chat icon in this photo, this chat has been turned off so educators can focus on the children. If you need to communicate with us directly, please send us an email or call our campus.

In the upper left corner, you’ll find a three-line menu icon. Clicking this icon will open a sidebar with the following tabs:

• Billing – Add payment methods and view your statements.
• Guardians – See current guardians and authorized pick-ups. To add more, please contact our team.
• Paperwork – If any documents need updating, you’ll be notified here.
• Calendar – View upcoming events at Creche.
• Switch Account – Quickly switch between different locations.
• Settings – Manage your parent account preferences.
• Support – Access assistance when you need help.

• Help – Find answers to common questions and guidance.
