Summer is a great time of year for fruit and vegetable smoothies! A cold smoothie on a hot summer day isa perfect nutritious snack for you and your child! Smoothies deliver a concentrated dose of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. You can even put your mix in popsiclemolds or teethers to enjoy at a later time! Try these smoothies this summer.
