Growing up in a military family, Chelsea spent her childhood moving around the United States before finally putting roots down in Kansas. She attended the University of Kansas and graduated with a degree in Accounting in 2012. After spending several years working in accounting for private business and equity firms, Chelsea returned to Manhattan, where she began working in pediatric behavioral health administration. Shortly after the birth of her son in 2020, Chelsea joined the Creche Administrative Team. With a unique background in accounting and health administration, she supports the business and operational components of Creche on a daily basis.
